Service Description

Welcome to into the world of jewellery. In this session we will make our ring/pendant model and try out various wax carving techniques: creating form and texture through building up, carving, sawing, filing, piercing, and sizing your ring/pendant, and then preparing it for casting. You can design, experiment, play and create with the wax until you get your piece just right. After the first class your finished wax will then be taken off-site and cast into your chosen metal and returned to you ready to wear. *Cost includes access to basic materials, tools and your own sterling silver ring/pendant. Please note, complex and bulky designs may incur an extra fee if more than 15grams in weight. **Options available to gold-plate your finished castings / source and set-stones.
