Australian delivery is free of charge.
Items are sent Australia Post Express post which is an insured next day service requiring a signature on arrival.
Please note: All contact information and delivery information must be submitted accurately and in full to guarantee that the order is dispatched to the correct address.
International deliveries will be calculated at checkout.
I hope you will be delighted with your piece of Nadine Treister Jewellery, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to adjust or exchange your item.
If this is the case please notify me and return your item within 14 days of receipt.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Exchanges are offered at my sole discretion.
Please note, there are no returns accepted on bespoke commission pieces.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommend that you use the Australia Post platinum service to insure it against loss or damage. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if any error is made on my part of the order.
